Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled treatment cost.

 

Jewellery
For your comfort and safety, we kindly ask that you leave all jewellery at home before your treatment.

 

Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time out of consideration for guests booked after you.

 

Gift Vouchers
Share the gift of relaxation with our Gift Vouchers, available for purchase both in person and online.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

 

Multi-Session Vouchers

These shareable vouchers offer discounted rates and are designed to support your ongoing wellness journey.

 

Pregnancy Massage
For your safety, pregnancy massage is not recommended during the first 16 weeks of pregnancy.

 

Guests Under 18
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and require parental consent.

 

Treatment Selection
If you wish to change your treatment on the day of your appointment, standard pricing will apply.
